We are meant to live in Community
You know it. I know it. We are meant to live in community. Right now, one of the best things you can do to prevent the spread of the coronavirus to those that would be most affected is to practice social distancing and stay home.
To meet the need for community and provide support during this time, Jessica of Sun Breath Yoga & Ann of Peas & Hoppiness are hosting Thrive Inside for 14 Days, an event to provide support and community during social distancing. Dr. Shaw will be discussing natural medicine, chiropractic care, and health.
We’ll do fun things to engage your creative side and help you laugh a little. We’ll also hear from other medical professionals about what you can do and how you can cope with the stress of the unknown.
Most of all, we’ll make sure you have a community to turn to.

5 Tenants of Health
Health is more than just hand-washing and staying 6 feet away from other people. And while hygiene and social distancing are important, we've created this event to support you in these 5 tenants of health:
Health & Wellness
During the next two weeks, you'll hear from experts in all of these areas - with both traditional Western medicine information as well as alternative medicine viewpoints. Collaborators include Peas & Hoppiness, NoCo Primary Care, and Shaw Family Practice.
The event runs from March 30 - April 12, 2020. And when it's all done, you'll still be able to access content 🙌
Join the Facebook Group for live videos, check-ins & messaging support. No Facebook? No problem. Each day you'll receive an email with a recap of the events of the day and will have exclusive access to the Peas & Hoppiness site with all the updates.
No cost. No commitment. No gimmicks. No supplements to sell.
Just a few health professionals who care about supporting you as you do the best for your family and community.
